National Stress Awareness Day


Hoot Hoot! Bob here! Happy National Stress Awareness Day boys and girls! This one is personal favorite national day of mine, as I am sure we have all been stressed or overworked during the year! Life is a lot of work boys and girls, it throws curveballs and changeups every day, and depending on what your career is, you never know what the future holds and may bring to your daily routine.

So, like the girl in the photo below, do not let stress overwhelm you. Don't this girl! Be better and manage your stress!

I know, that is easier said then done, but their are ways to manage the stress of life. Don't worry, old Bob has come up with a simple list:

  1. Take regularly short breaks between long work sessions.

  2. Eat chocolate.

  3. Develop coping methods that work for your mind and body.

  4. Do daily stretches.

  5. Eat chocolate.

  6. Prioritize your work.

  7. Eat chocolate.

  8. Hot shower.

  9. Eat chocolate.

  10. Eat chocolate.


I think you are seeing the pattern with my list. Eat Chocolate! Seriously, it does help with brain waves and destressing of the mind.
