Trivia Circle: Calvin and Hobbes

Credit to Calvin and Hobbes on an Adventure

Hoot Hoot! Bob here! Welcome to Trivia Circle boys and girls! Today we have a special topic that I hold dear to my heart. Known as the last great newspaper comic, Calvin and Hobbes, created by Bill Watterson on November 18, 1985, Calvin and Hobbes was a newspaper comic strip that followed the adventures of a young boy named Calvin and his sardonic stuff tiger, Hobbes, who he thought was alive and sentient, while everyone else believed him to be a simple toy tiger. Watterson took the childhood imagination and played it up for Calvin throughout the series. From Calvin being Spaceman Spiff, to detective Tracer Bullet, and then the superhero Stupendous Man, Watterson weaved a spectacular series of imagination and wonder.

Calvin and Hobbes is truly a timeless classic and worth the read. Everyone of all ages can relate to Watterson's masterpiece of a comic series. That's it for Trivia Circle for today boys and girls! Bob out!
